Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

Course enrolments can be cancelled within 7 days of the batch start date. A processing deduction of up to 10% of the paid amount applies; refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

2. After the Window

Requests made after the 7-day window are evaluated case-by-case (medical or force-majeure grounds). Fees for completed certifications, study material and placement services already rendered are non-refundable.

3. Free Resources

Roadmaps, brochures, notes and community answers are free; no payment is involved and therefore no refund applies.
